The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar for commercial facilities requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security and durability. Built for wood or metal doors, this rim-mounted device offers modular construction with minimal moving parts, ideal for buildings demanding maintenance-free, long-lasting egress hardware that exceeds code requirements.
Fits doors 24" to 32" wide with no cutting required on 32" doors. Available with delayed egress, alarmed exit, and electric latch retraction options for specialized applications.
