The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic hardware solution for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. Designed for facilities requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified strength and durability, this rim-mounted exit device features modular construction with minimal moving parts, delivering maintenance-free operation and reliable emergency egress for the life of the building.
This right-hand reverse (RHR) model fits 1-3/4" minimum metal doors with 4-1/2" minimum stile width and includes a 650 top strike and 606 bottom strike. Rails are factory-cut to match your door width (24-48" range). Optional electric features include delayed egress, alarmed exit, and latch retraction.
