The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar built for facilities requiring Grade 1 security and durability throughout the building lifecycle. Ideal for metal doors in high-traffic environments, it solves the need for maintenance-free, code-compliant egress hardware that exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards with modular construction and minimal moving parts.
This left-hand reverse (LHR) model fits 1-3/4" minimum metal doors and mounts with supplied machine screws at 41" from finished floor. Available in multiple rail sizes (E, F, J, G) to accommodate door widths 24-48". Optional electric features include delayed egress, alarm, photoluminescent coatings, and latch monitoring.
