The LCN 4414ME-REG is a heavy-duty electrically controlled surface closer and holder for interior doors up to 4 feet. It provides infinitely adjustable hold-open functionality for fire and smoke barrier doors, releasing automatically when power is interrupted to allow the door to close smoothly.
This right-hand unit ships with a 120V solenoid cylinder, mounting plate, metal cover, regular arm, and fastener pack. It functions as a full rack-and-pinion closer when hold-open is not engaged.
