The Adams Rite 4590 paddle operator is an accessible alternative to traditional knob or lever handles for aluminum framed doors. It allows users to open latched doors naturally by pushing or pulling in the direction the door swings, making it ideal for high-traffic entrances, ADA-compliant facilities, and applications requiring consistent, ergonomic operation.
Compatible with Adams Rite 4500, 4900, MS+1890, and 2190 series locks. A cam plug is furnished for 4500 and 4900 series latches; not required for MS+1890 and 2190 models. The zinc alloy escutcheon features a black Rite coat finish and is secured with hardened steel pins and binder posts for durability. Standard sizing fits 1-3/4 inch thick doors, with thicker options available.
