The Adams Rite 4900 Series Mortise Deadlatch offers flexible traffic control for commercial and institutional doors. This mortise lock allows two-way traffic during specified times and exit-only operation at others by using reverse key turn to retain the bolt in retracted position. Ideal for facilities needing switchable access patterns.
Compatible with MS1850A and MS1850S deadbolts of matching backset and faceplate shape; retrofits existing 4500/4700 preparations. Includes flat and radius faceplates, strike, and mounting screws.
