The Adams Rite 4913-25-IB is a heavy-duty mortise deadlatch designed for commercial and institutional doors requiring flexible traffic control. It solves the challenge of managing two-way free passage during certain hours while maintaining secure exit-only or locked-down operation at other times. The reverse-turn key feature holds the bolt retracted for hands-free swinging access.
This lock retrofits existing 4500/4700 preparations and interchanges with MS1850A or MS1850S deadbolts without stile modification.
