Description
The Adams Rite 4913-45-IB is a heavy-duty mortise deadlatch designed for commercial doors requiring flexible traffic control. Perfect for facilities that need free entrance at certain times and exit-only at others, it features a reverse-key bolt holdback function that keeps the latch retracted without stile modification. The solid brass latch bolt is easily reversible, and a stainless steel auxiliary pin prevents forced entry.
This deadlatch is interchangeable with MS1850A or MS1850S deadbolts of matching backset and retrofits existing 4500/4700 preparations. Supplied with both flat and radius faceplates, strike, and mounting screws.
