The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 rim latch solution built for commercial facilities demanding durability and security. Ideal for wood or metal doors 1 3/4" thick, this single-point latching device handles single and double-door applications with quiet operation and solid holding power. It exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength requirements with minimal maintenance.

The 55-8863E LHR comes rail-ready for 24" to 32" door widths with no cutting required at 32". UL fire and panic listed, it supports delayed egress, alarmed, and electric latch retraction options for specialized needs.
