The Sargent 80 Series rim exit device is a heavy-duty emergency egress solution for wood and metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. It exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 requirements for cycle and strength, offering modular construction with minimal moving parts for maintenance-free operation and superior security throughout the building's life.
This device fits 1-3/4" thick doors with E, F, J, or G rail options covering 24" to 48" widths.
