Description

The Sargent 80 Series 5556-8804F is a heavy-duty rim exit device engineered for wood and metal doors requiring Grade 1 security and reliability. Ideal for commercial facilities, schools, and institutions, this single-point latching device provides maintenance-free operation with modular construction and few moving parts, exceeding ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength requirements.

This F-rail model fits doors 33-36 inches wide with no cutting required for 36-inch doors. Compatible with 1-3/4-inch thick doors; thicker doors require special ordering. UL Fire and Panic listed, supporting both single and double-door applications.
