The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar solution designed for facilities requiring Grade 1 security and durability. Built with modular construction and minimal moving parts, it exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength requirements, making it ideal for metal doors in commercial, institutional, and high-traffic environments that demand maintenance-free, long-lasting performance.
This model fits metal doors 1-3/4" minimum thickness with 4-1/2" minimum stile width and includes a 650 top strike and 606 bottom strike rated for panic and fire egress. E, F, J, and G rail options accommodate door widths from 24" to 48", with factory cutting available.
