The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 rated panic hardware solution for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. This heavy-duty rim exit device combines durability with minimal maintenance, offering modular construction with few moving parts. Ideal for facilities requiring reliable emergency egress that meets ANSI/BHMA standards and exceeds cycle and strength requirements.
This model ships with rim, top and bottom strikes (650/606), and stainless steel fasteners. Compatible with metal doors 1 3/4 inch minimum thickness and door widths 24 to 48 inches using interchangeable rails (E, F, J, or G). Choose from dogging, alarm, photoluminescent, monitoring, and electric latch retraction options.
