The Sargent 80 Series rim exit device secures wood or metal doors 1 3/4" thick in commercial and institutional buildings. Exceeding ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards, this durable device features modular construction with minimal moving parts, delivering maintenance-free operation and reliable security for doors 24" to 48" wide.
Available in E, F, J, and G rail configurations for various door widths, with no cutting required at maximum widths (32", 36", 42", 48"). Options include delayed egress, alarmed exit, and electric latch retraction for specialized applications.
