The Sargent 80 Series rim exit device is engineered for commercial facilities demanding durable, code-compliant egress hardware. Built for wood or metal doors 1 3/4" thick, this Grade 1 device features modular construction with minimal moving parts, delivering maintenance-free operation and reliable security throughout the building's life.
Available in multiple rail configurations (E, F, J, G) to fit door widths 24" to 48" with minimal or no cutting required. For doors thicker than 1 3/4", specify thickness and order with 31-prefix.
