The Sargent 80 Series rim exit device is a heavy-duty egress solution for wood or metal doors in commercial and institutional facilities. Designed for 1-3/4" thick doors with 1-3/4" minimum stiles, this Grade 1 certified device provides maintenance-free operation and exceptional durability for the life of your building.
The 56-8546F fits E-rail configurations for doors 24" to 32" wide with no cutting required at 32". Available options include delayed egress, alarmed exit, and electric latch retraction for specialized applications.
