The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic hardware solution for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. Designed for environments demanding maximum security and durability, this rim-mounted device exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength requirements with modular construction, minimal moving parts, and maintenance-free operation across the life of your facility.
This model is configured for 32-inch door widths (E rail, no cutting required) and includes a 650 top strike and 606 bottom strike for panic and fire-rated applications. Compatible with metal doors 1.75 inches minimum thickness and 96 inches maximum height. Optional electric features—delayed egress, alarmed exit, latch monitoring, and remote retraction—are available.
