The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar solution built for commercial facilities demanding Grade 1 security and reliability. Designed for metal doors 1.75" minimum thickness, this rim-mounted device exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards with modular construction and minimal moving parts, making it maintenance-free and ideal for high-traffic entrances, emergency exits, and fire-rated applications.
The 56-AD8640E RHR model includes a 650 top strike and 606 bottom strike for panic and fire-rated doors, with pushbar projection of 3" (neutral) and 2.125" (depressed). Multiple rail sizes (E, F, J, G) accommodate doors 24" to 48" wide. E.D.
