The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 panic hardware solution for metal doors requiring reliable emergency egress and long-term durability. Built for facilities across commercial, institutional and industrial sectors, it delivers maintenance-free operation with modular construction and few moving parts, exceeding ANSI/BHMA strength and cycle requirements.
This left-hand reverse (LHR) model fits 1.75 inch minimum thickness doors and installs with supplied machine screws at 41 inches from finished floor. Available rail options (E, F, J, G) accommodate door widths from 24 to 48 inches. Optional electric features include delayed egress, alarm, photoluminescent coating, and latch retraction.
