The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar solution for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. Engineered for environments demanding superior durability and security, it exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength requirements with modular construction, minimal moving parts, and maintenance-free operation. Ideal for schools, hospitals, offices and any facility requiring code-compliant emergency egress.
This model features a rim configuration with left-hand reverse (LHR) orientation and fits doors 1-3/4" minimum thickness. Rails are available in four sizes (E, F, J, G) factory-cut to match your door width from 24" to 48". Compatible with 650 Top and 606 Bottom Strikes; hex key dogging is standard. Choose from optional electric features including delayed egress, alarmed exit, and latch retraction.
