The Sargent 80 Series MD8610F is a heavy-duty rim exit device built for facilities requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 performance. Ideal for metal doors 1 3/4 inches or thicker, this right-hand reverse (RHR) device with F rail (33-36 inch doors) delivers maintenance-free security with modular construction and minimal moving parts, perfect for high-traffic commercial and institutional buildings.
This device uses standard 650 top and 606 bottom strikes and mounts with machine screws at 41 inches from finished floor. Hex key dogging is standard on non-fire-rated versions.
