The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic hardware solution for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. Designed for facilities requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified security and durability, this rim-mounted device with right-hand reverse (RHR) orientation offers modular construction, minimal maintenance, and reliable egress control that lasts the life of the building.
This device is suitable for metal doors 1-3/4 inch to 2-1/4 inch thick and accommodates door widths from 24 to 48 inches with factory-cut rails (E, F, J, or G). Installation includes standard stainless steel top bolt and machine screw fasteners at 41 inches from finished floor.
