The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 certified panic hardware solution for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. Designed for durability and minimal maintenance, this left-hand reverse model features modular construction, few moving parts, and meets ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength requirements. Ideal for facilities prioritizing security and code compliance.
This device mounts to 1.75-inch minimum thickness metal doors and accepts E, F, J, or G rails depending on door width (24 to 48 inches). Standard hex key dogging, 650 top and 606 bottom strikes, and multiple electric options (alarm, beacon, photoluminescent, illuminated touchpad, latch monitoring, and delayed egress) are available.
