The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic hardware solution for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. Designed for facilities requiring Grade 1 security and durability, it features modular construction with minimal moving parts, delivering maintenance-free operation and reliable egress control throughout the building's life.
This rim-mounted, right-hand reverse model fits 1-3/4" minimum thickness metal doors with stile width of 4-1/2" or greater. Rails are available in four factory-cut sizes for door widths 24" to 48". Optional electric features include alarm, beacon, photoluminescent coating, delayed egress, remote latch retraction, and dogging.
