The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar designed for commercial metal doors requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified security and durability. Ideal for facilities prioritizing reliable egress control, this rim-mounted device features modular construction with minimal moving parts, ensuring maintenance-free operation and lasting performance across institutional, industrial and office environments.
This model fits metal doors 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" thick with 4 1/2" minimum stile width and includes a 32" door width E-rail (factory cut). Standard dogging, stainless steel top bolt and 41" centerline mounting accommodate most applications; optional electric latch retraction, delayed egress, alarm and photoluminescent features are available.
