The Folger Adam 712-75 is a 3-hour fire-rated, industrial-grade electric strike built for extreme heavy-duty applications. Its all-stainless steel construction withstands high-abuse environments in commercial and institutional facilities. This strike accommodates 1/2", 5/8", or 3/4" throw latchbolts in hollow metal frame installations.
Compatible with standard door frame setups, the 712-75 ships with a 3/4" PK keeper. Proper installation requires understanding your frame type and latchbolt throw.
