Description
The Folger Adam 712-75 F 24D 629 is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme abuse in industrial and commercial settings. Its all-stainless steel construction handles high-traffic hollow metal frame applications with 1/2", 5/8", or 3/4" throw latchbolts, making it ideal for facilities requiring maximum durability and fire safety compliance.
This strike is UL 10C fire-rated for single and double doors (fail secure), meets ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards, and conforms to NFPA-252 and ASTM-E152 fire door requirements. It includes a 3/4" PK keeper and is New York City accepted.
