The Folger Adam 742-75 F 12D 612 is a 3-hour fire-rated, industrial-grade electric strike built for extreme heavy-duty applications. Its all-stainless steel construction resists abuse in high-traffic and secured entry environments. Ideal for facilities requiring UL fire-door certification, this strike accommodates mortise and cylindrical locks with up to 3/4" throw latchbolts.
Compatible with major lock types via included brackets, the 742-75 F 12D 612 is fail-secure only and meets UL 10C (single door), UL 1034 burglary resistance, ANSI/BHMA Grade 1, and NFPA-252 standards.
