The Sargent 773-4 is a fail-safe exit device trim designed for emergency egress on fire-rated doors. This 24V powered trim automatically unlocks when power is lost, ensuring safe evacuation. Ideal for commercial buildings, hospitals, and facilities requiring ADA-compliant emergency exits with integrated electronic control.
The trim features a left-hand reverse L-lever handle with no cylinder and is finished in satin chrome. It integrates with standard rim exit devices on doors prepared for 26D latch dimensions.
