The BEST 7KC is a UL-listed Grade 2 cylindrical lock designed for commercial single-swing doors on fire-rated and labeled openings up to 4 feet wide by 8 feet tall. It solves security and code compliance needs for offices, healthcare facilities, and institutional buildings that require ANSI A156.3 certification and ADA accessibility.
This lock fits standard cylindrical door preparations and features through-bolt mounting studs for enhanced torque resistance and corrosion-treated steel internals. It is reversible for either hand without disassembly and complies with California Title 19 and 24, Illinois Accessibility Standards, and ADA Title III.
