The Adams Rite 8099 Dummy Pushbar is a non-handed aluminum exit device for 42" openings on aluminum doors. It solves the need for a reliable, field-reversible panic bar on medium-width doors up to 8 ft tall, with adjustable bar height from 30" to 44" to fit standard door frames and thicknesses from 1-3/4" to 2-1/4".
This dummy pushbar works with standard rim cylinders and fits doors with minimum 3-3/4" stiles. Installation uses self-tapping screws, with optional sex bolt kits available for a cleaner look.
