The Sargent 8273-24V is a Grade 1 electromechanical mortise lock engineered for single-opening and integrated access control applications. It features field-changeable fail safe/fail secure functions, operates on 12V–24V power, and meets ANSI/BHMA A 156.13 standards with UL fire door listing. Ideal for commercial facilities requiring reliable, standards-compliant entry security.
This lock fits standard 1 3/4" doors with a 2 3/4" backset and reversible hand installation. It accepts Sargent Signature, V-10, XC, and KESO cylinders and supports masterkeying.
