The Adams Rite 8410MLR-37136 is a motorized latch retraction exit device designed for aluminum doors on commercial buildings. It solves the need for hands-free egress control on high-traffic exits, allowing authorized personnel to remotely retract the latch while maintaining security and code compliance on doors up to 8 feet tall.
This mortise-mounted device fits standard 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" door thickness and is configured for 36" openings with 1-1/8" backset, right-hand reverse handing.
