Description
The Adams Rite 8800EL-42 is a rim exit device designed for narrow stile aluminum doors up to 42 inches wide. It features electric latch retraction powered by 12V, making it ideal for controlled access in commercial buildings, offices, and facilities requiring hands-free or remote door release. The non-handed design with field-reversible lever trim simplifies installation and reduces inventory.
This device suits standard 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" door thickness and adjusts to fit doors up to 8 feet tall with bar height at 40" to 44". The extruded aluminum pushbar is available in multiple finishes.
