Description
The HES 9800 Series Electric Strike is a Grade 1 surface-mounted strike for aluminum, hollow metal, and wood door frames. It solves access control challenges with field-selectable fail secure or fail safe operation, dual voltage capability (12/24 VDC), and compatibility with Adams Rite rim exit devices. The 1/2" strike body houses all functions and is protected by a decorative stainless steel cover.
Installation is straightforward: surface mount on the frame, align with the latchbolt, and adjust using included 1/16" and 1/8" spacer plates for varying door gaps.
