The Von Duprin 9927EO 3 is a surface-mounted vertical rod panic exit device designed for single and double doors in commercial facilities. UL-listed and ANSI A156.3 Grade 1 certified, it features a grooved case mechanism and fits standard hollow metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts. Ideal for hospitals, schools, offices and any building requiring code-compliant emergency egress hardware.
This non-handed device installs on either side of the door without modification. The 9927EO 3 US10 finish is satin bronze, compatible with standard frame preparations. Optional vertical rod and latch guards protect against cart or equipment impacts.
