The Von Duprin 9927EO is a UL-listed surface-mounted vertical rod panic exit device designed for single and double doors in high-traffic facilities. ANSI A156.3-2008 Grade 1 certified, it solves emergency egress requirements while providing reliable operation on hollow metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts. The grooved case design resists wear from frequent use.
This device fits standard hollow metal door frames and is non-handed for maximum flexibility. Vertical rod and latch guards are available to protect against cart and gurney impacts.
