The Von Duprin 99L-BE is a Grade 1 rim exit device designed for single and double doors requiring reliable panic hardware. Built to ANSI A156.3-2008 standards and UL-listed, it features a grooved mechanism case and fits hollow metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts, making it ideal for commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, and facilities requiring code-compliant emergency egress.
This right-hand reverse (RHR) unit is non-handed under standard configuration and installs on the inside face of the door frame.
