The BEST 9K is a Grade 1 cylindrical lock engineered for demanding commercial and institutional applications. Built for durability and low maintenance, it solves the problem of lever sag and premature wear by featuring lever return springs protected inside the die-cast hub. Tested to over 4 million cycles, it exceeds ANSI Grade 1 standards and reduces long-term ownership costs through superior performance and minimal service requirements.
This lock accommodates 1 3/4" and 2 1/4" door thicknesses with a standard 2 3/4" backset and 2 1/8" cross bore.
