Description
The BEST 9KW57 is a heavy-duty Grade 1 cylindrical lock designed for commercial and institutional buildings requiring UL-listed fire-rated door hardware. This single-point lock solves security and code-compliance challenges on 3-hour fire-rated swinging doors up to 4'x10', meeting ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 standards and Miami-Dade County approval.
The lock fits standard 2 1/8 inch door preparations with adjustable backset options (2 3/4 inch, 3 3/4 inch, or 5 inch) and accommodates door thicknesses from 1 3/4 inch to 2 1/4 inch.
