The Traka21 answers a question every operations manager eventually asks: who has the van keys? This 21-position electronic key cabinet locks each keyset to an individual iFob, releases keys only to users with a valid PIN, and records every removal and return automatically. No software install and no network required: administration happens right at the unit, which is why hotels, dealerships, property managers, and fleet operators choose it as their first key management system.

Each of the 21 slots holds a sealed iFob to which you attach one key or an entire keyset. Assign individual PINs for up to 10,000 users, restrict which slots each user may open, and export the full audit trail by USB when you need to answer the question of who had it last with a report instead of a guess. The heavy steel cabinet mounts to the wall, and battery backup keeps it running through power outages.
