The Sargent 80 Series AD8606G is a heavy-duty rim exit device for metal doors, engineered for secure emergency egress in commercial and institutional buildings. This left-hand reverse (LHR) model exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards for strength and cycle performance, with modular construction and minimal moving parts ensuring decades of reliable, maintenance-free operation.
Fits 1-3/4" minimum metal doors with 4-1/2" minimum stile width; rails are factory-cut for door widths 24" to 48". Includes 650 top and 606 bottom strikes (panic and fire-rated), stainless steel hardware, and optional electric features (alarm, photoluminescent coating, delayed egress, monitoring).
