The Sargent 80 Series AD8610G is a heavy-duty exit device designed for metal doors requiring Grade 1 security and reliability. Ideal for commercial facilities, schools, and high-traffic environments, this rim-mounted device exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards and delivers maintenance-free operation with modular construction and minimal moving parts.
Compatible with metal doors 1.75 inches minimum thickness; available rails fit door widths 24 to 48 inches. Includes 650 top and 606 bottom strikes for panic and fire-rated applications. Optional electric features include delayed egress, alarm, beacon, photoluminescent coating, and latch monitoring.
