Description
The Sargent 80 Series AD8646G exit device is a Grade 1 certified panic hardware solution for metal doors in high-security environments. Designed for facilities requiring durable, maintenance-free egress hardware, it features modular construction with few moving parts and exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards for cycle and strength across rim, mortise, and vertical rod configurations.
This rim exit device fits metal doors 1 3/4 inches minimum thickness with 4 1/2 inches minimum stile width. Available rails accommodate door widths from 24 to 48 inches and can be factory cut to size. Optional electric features include delayed egress, alarms, photoluminescent coating, and latch monitoring.
