The Sargent 80 Series AD8673F-12V is a heavy-duty exit device engineered for metal doors in commercial and institutional facilities. This right-hand reverse (RHR) model delivers ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 performance with modular construction, few moving parts, and maintenance-free operation, ideal for buildings requiring long-term security and reliability.
Compatible with 1-3/4" minimum thickness metal doors and available with multiple rail sizes (E, F, J, G) to fit door widths 24" to 48". Installation includes stainless steel top bolt and standard machine screws. Optional electric features such as alarm, delayed egress, latch monitoring, and remote retraction are available.
