Description
The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 panic hardware solution designed for high-security commercial and institutional buildings. It features rim or mortise mounting, modular construction with minimal moving parts, and is rated for metal doors 1.75 inches minimum thickness. This device solves the need for durable, maintenance-free emergency egress hardware that exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards and lasts the building's lifetime.
The AD8673F-24V model includes 24V electric functionality with options for delayed egress, alarms, and latch monitoring. It mounts with the device centerline at 41 inches from finished floor (38 inches for elementary schools).
