Description
The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 panic hardware solution designed for commercial buildings requiring durable, code-compliant egress protection. This left-hand reverse (LHR) rim-mounted unit exceeds ANSI/BHMA requirements and works on metal doors 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" thick with modular construction that requires minimal maintenance throughout the building's life.
The AD8674J-12V model features a J-rail sized for 37" to 42" door widths and includes a 12V electric option for delayed egress, monitoring, or latch retraction capabilities.
