The Adams Rite 4510 is a standard-duty mortise deadlatch for hospitals, banks, and commercial buildings needing flexible traffic control. Its reverse-key feature lets you hold the bolt retracted for two-way passage during business hours, then restrict to exit-only when needed, solving access management challenges without door modification.
This 7/8" backset lock fits any standard mortise cylinder with MS cam and works with the included 4-5/8" flat strike. It's interchangeable with MS1850A or MS1850S deadbolts of matching backset.
