The Adams Rite 4510-26-101-313 is a standard-duty mortise deadlatch designed for commercial buildings requiring flexible traffic control. Hospitals, banks, and retail locations benefit from its reverse-key function, which holds the bolt retracted to permit two-way traffic during business hours and exit-only control at other times. This 31/32-inch backset mortise lock is interchangeable with MS1850A or MS1850S deadbolts of the same backset without stile modification.
