The Adams Rite 4900-45-201-628 is a heavy-duty mortise deadlatch designed for facilities needing flexible traffic control. Its reverse-key function allows you to hold the bolt retracted, enabling two-way traffic during open hours and exit-only operation when needed. The satin aluminum finish resists corrosion, and the solid brass latch bolt with stainless steel deadlock pin prevents forced entry.
This latch fits standard mortise cylinder preparations and retrofits existing 4500/4700 deadlatch openings without stile modification.
